It was just mediocre. Nothing stood out. The only bad thing, the little fridge/freezer in the room was iced up and someone shut it off and it was melting on the floor. And there was no ice machine on the property.

Mattresses piled up in the parking lot. Ice machine broken. Ceiling in bath with large holes from water leaking from above. Towels thread bare and stained. No hair dryer. Driveway off I-10 access road very dangerous, high speed traffic and sharp turn.

Hotel's card machine wasn't working. They asked for cash which I didn't have on me. Super worried about not being able to stay for the night. I couldn't get in touch with a person from Hotels.com. Eventually he agreed to store my card info and run the card in the morning. It was tense. I suggested solutions but he kept insisting on cash that I didn't have on me.

When I checked in and went to the room, I didn’t receive the room I reserved. The man didn’t understand English well so he told me they didn’t have the room I reserved. I went back several times to ask and show them the room I reserved, I still didn’t get it. He kept asking me did I want to cancel? It would’ve been an inconvenience to cancel due to the reason for my stay so o stayed 2 miserable nights. I will NEVER stay at this Motel 6 again and probably won’t choose another one either.
