I was rather under the impression I was booking a room in the castle itself, but we were housed in an annex a 2 or so minute drive away. The room was nice enough, but I feel the advertising was misleading.

Teleborg Slott is absolutely stunning and in a beautiful location. The castle has an interesting history and the rooms are very comfortable. The service provided by the staff was excellent. We tried the 4 course tasting menu in the restaurant for dinner and the food was exceptional. They also had a great breakfast selection. I highly recommend staying here.

The property is a converted castle and estate. My room was in a converted bathhouse near the lake called Bygghus. My widows faced a public trail and a coffee house outdoor seating area. Unfortunately that means a lot of people could look into my room so in bright daylight I had all blinds drawn and the lights on. I was just staying one night and moving on the so the room was adequate. One other strange occurrence was the bathroom motion sensing light. To turn off you click the light switch but it kept coming on during the night even after I closed the door and the light was off. Somehow later it went on again. If you want to “stay in the castle feeling” be sure to select the appropriate castle rooms. I did have breakfast in the castle and the dining rooms have an exceptional ambiance. However the quality and selection for breakfast does not compare well to other hotels on my trip. Staff are friendly but service does not stand out.

Veldig flott slottshotell, med fine rom. Dusj og toalett og badstue var felles med andre rom. Fantastisk restaurant i 2.etg. og service var helt topp.

Pampigt

Teleborgs slott är något som man bara måste uppleva. Slottet är pampigt och runt om finns vacker natur. Rummet var fint och rent. Toaletterna med dusch låg i närheten av rummet och var fräscha. Det var inga problem med att smyga upp på natten för att gå dit, tofflor o morgonrock fanns på rummet. Det var rätt lyhört men alla gäster visade hänsyn så det var inget problem. Maten på restaurangen och frukosten var god, det fanns tillräckligt att välja på. Personalen var trevlig och tillmötesgående. Drinkarna i baren var fantastiskt goda. Vi är mycket nöjda och kommer gärna tillbaka.

Fantastisk service fick tidig incheckning och ett väldigt fint bemötande. Rummet perfekt och så fint förberett för vår lilla hund. Miljön utanför är otroligt fin och perfekt för promenad med hunden.

Slott byggt runt 1900. Låååång trappa till restaurangentrén, kortare till receptionen. Vi bodde i annexet bryggeriet, en bit bort från slottet vackert belägen vid en sjö. Toalettdörren gnisslade högt. Hylla ovanför toalett var liten och utan kant (oro att saker skulle ramla ned). Lampan på skrivbordet var urkopplad. Ocharmig entréhall/trappa till rummen. Delvis misskött/bortglömt parkområde som hade mått bra av lite ans. Vackra rhododendron, pampiga träd (och en hel del sly/snår). Närmare slottet är parken mer skött med stora formade rabatter. Skön säng. Middagspersonalen var mycket trevlig, liksom miljön och maten var välkomponerad. Bra frukost.
