It's a fantastic hotel with bags of character. The staff are all super friendly and it is in an area that is great for walking and also handy for all that the Beaulieu estate has to offer.

Very friendly and welcoming - lovely property and attached gastro pub - Dog friendly too. The only thing is I did let them know it was my husbands birthday and nothing was done at the hotel, or the pub for dinner - a small token wouldn’t have hurt.

The evening meal was was expensive but good. The wine prices were prohibitive. We only wanted glasses from the per glass list but bought a bottle which was good but the per glass price was obviously designed to make us do that. We've just come back from a lovely bank holiday stay. The rooms were clean and airy with everything you could need. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had great pressure. The staff were very friendly. Our dog was very much welcomed and looked after too.
