The room was clean, comfortable and welcoming. I was wary of some of the reviews. It’s not a new hotel but very clean which is a necessity for me. Front desk staff was super nice. Was able to leave bags after checking out waiting on flight later in the day. Will definitely stay again. Great view!

PAPER THIN WALLS HORRIBLE.

Thinnest walls of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I could hear conversations next door and it was sooo loud. AVOID at all costs.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Hayden. It’s right in the heart of Chelsea near everything. Great bars and food near by. Staff was courteous and welcoming. My only complaint if I had to note one was our heat in the room was acting weird blowing out cool air other than that I would definitely stay again.
