The front desk staff was top notch! They even were kind enough to store our luggage while we travelled to Madrid for the day. Overall good hotel and a fantastic location. Staff very helpful and apartment generally good, well decorated and clean. Plenty of storage and well equipped kitchen. Would stay again, however did have a few things that could be improved * the window seals were poor and one of the windows were missing a handle, meaning it couldn’t be properly closed. Sants is very lively at all hours and due to the window issues, it was quite noisy during the night. * the mixer tap on the bath was broken therefore you could only use the shower as the tap wouldn’t switch over to fill the bath. *the window in the downstairs bathroom had no covering (blind) meaning that apartments on upper floors could see in. * all of the blinds in the apartment were very thin, meaning as soon as the sun rises the apartment is ‘fully lit’

Great hotel where to stay with family while exploring Barcelona. Close to public transport and walkable distance to local restaurants and grocery stores. Lovely polite staff and room was very spacious. We traveled 6 people,2 adults and 4 children and apartment was great size to accommodate all of us. Kitchen had everything to help us prepare our own food, so if you choose to stay in and prepare some meals it's great option this apartment offers.

This location was very good, but for me to rate it excellent, it would need to be spotless. The desk clerks on check in and check out were excellent and helpful. I would recommend this location and would stay again when passing thru. Restaurants, and bars are all close, and from what I can tell a safe area.

We loved staying in this apartment. It was very clean and well kept. The location was very nice and close to the metro line, train station, and lots of activity. The views were also nice. Our only complaint was the shower was very messy, with water all over the floor.
