The unit was decent and generally met our needs as a family of six with four kids. It was clean and had the basic amenities, though a few things could be improved for better comfort and convenience. Communication with the host was smooth, and check-in was easy. Overall, a good stay with some room for improvement.

I ended up leaving the location because I couldn’t communicate properly with the staff. When I asked about parking — which was the main reason I booked this place — they showed me a spot under the terrace. I was traveling with my motorcycle, and that parking space didn’t feel safe or suitable. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get a refund for the amount I paid.

Très très mauvaise expérience

J’ai pris cet appart’ Hotel pour six jours en regardant les photos, j’ai trouvé ça suffisant puisque, je ne pouvais pas payer un hôtel normal pour cette durée puisque nous sommes quatre adultesdes notre arrivée, nous avons été choqué par le manque d’hygiène, les photos ne sont pas du tout conformes. Tout est détériorée. Les prises ne sont pas bien fixées. Il y a des câbles apparent. Nous avons demandé d’avoir une chambre plus propre ils nous ont dit que ce serait que le lendemain, donc nous avons quitté l’hôtel et payer une autre chambre d’hôtel. Puis le lendemain nous sommes revenus la chambre était un peu plus propre, le stricte minimum a été fait l’eau de la douche coulait. L’odeur de cigarettes était très forte surtout la nuit alors que c’est bien précisé que c’est un hôtel non-fumeurNous n’avons passé que une nuit dans cet hôtel alors que nous avions payé six jours, j’ai fait une réclamation mais ça n’a pas été pris en compte l’hôtel déjà lui-même est Destutt et les photos ne sont vraiment mais vraiment pas du tout conformes. Très très mauvaise expérience je me suis gratté toute la nuit. J’ai perdu 288 € plus dépenser de l’argent dans tant d’autres Hotel je ne le conseille vraiment à personne à ce prix-là, je n’attendais pas du luxe mais la propreté pour moi n’est pas à discuter. Et il fait très chaud, il n’y a que un ventilateur mais ça ça a été figuré dans l’annonce.

Iki çocuğumla birlikte Oda numarası 201 de kaldık. Resepsiyon daki görevli hiçbir şeyin farkında değildi. Check-in yapacağımı söylediğim halde, umursamaz bir şekilde yemek yemeye devam ediyordu. Işletmede bir başı boşluk vardı. Odadaki yastıkların ömrü çoktan dolmuştu, yastıklar topuk topuk olmuştu. Çok rahatsız edici bir durumdu. Yerlerde saç yumakları vardı, temizlik göz boyamak için yapılmış gibiydi. Yastıklarin üzerine havluları serip öyle yatabildik. Fiyatı uygun olduğu için tercih ettiğim bir oteldi ama bir daha kesinlikle kalmayı düşünmem bile. Not: Ankara ya döndükten sonra kulaklarımda kepeklenme ve kaşıntı başladı...

Odamız temiz değildi, tuvalet kağıdı bile yoktu. Dışarı çıktığımızda koridorda karşılaştığımız bir çalışan, tuvalet kağıdı için kapıyı açık bırakmamızı istemişti ve yedek anahtar ile kilitleyeceğini söylemişti. Akşam otele döndüğümüzde odamızın kapısının kilitlenmediğini ve tuvalet kağıdının getirilmediğini fark ettik. Geceleri sesten dolayı uyuyamadık, yan odamızda bir bayan telefonda bağırarak biriyle kavga ediyordu ve resepsiyon görevlisi kavgayı duymasına rağmen herhangi bir müdahalede bulunmadı. Bu otelden hiç memnun kalmadık, bir yıldızı bile haketmiyor. Diğer otellerde yer bulamadığımız için mecburiyetten bu otelde rezervasyon yapmak zorunda kaldık. Kısacası paramızla rezil olduk.
