What a beautiful little boutique hotel. So comfortable and welcoming. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time and wouldn’t hesitate to come back due to its location and comfortable surroundings. Reception staff are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Staff were welcoming when we arrived. Annalisa was awesome went above and beyond to help us.The room was clean and looked like the photos.Bed, Bedding, pillows and towels all good condition. Water pressure was awesome. Morning breakfast was good we enjoyed sitting out at the patio tables in the evenings with a glass of wine(thier prices are good)

Hotel Santo Stefano is a fantastic boutique hotel. The rooms are smallish (the nature of Venice architecture!) but beautifully appointed. The staff went out of their way to help us at every moment, the most invaluable help was with finding us places to eat. We had some of the best food we’ve ever had in Italy let alone Venice, and if you know anything about Venice it can be a mine field avoiding the tourist traps. The location is simply wonderful, such a beautiful square, and you are no more than a 5 minute walk to all the areas you’re likely to visit. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Only stayed one night, but it was a lovely hotel. The front desk staff was so kind and helpful. Held our bags since we arrived early. The hotel and rooms are small but very nice (a very tight, winding staircase but we thought it was charming!), but it is in a beautiful square and easily walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. Would definitely recommend!
