Very convenient and lots to do.

It was an amazing stay! My family enjoyed the Traditional Japanese room. They provided jinbae to wear as PJ’s for each of us. We enjoyed being right on the visitor center and all the activities they offered for free. The Japanese bath room was a nice bonus! Will come back again.

We had a lovely stay in our traditional japanese room in Nara visitor centre and Inn, which is very convenient located close to Nara Park. Super friendly staff and with a lot activities like Origami workshops. Also the public bath and laundry are very recommended if you want to stay there a little bit longer.

Some things may be a little outdated in the Nara Visitor Center & Inn but it is the best bang for your buck in town & the staff was outstanding - so friendly & helpful! I’m so glad we decided to spend a couple of days in Nara instead of just doing it as the day trip that it is so often marketed as. Nara is it’s own destination & my favorite part of my whole whirlwind journey through Japan.

Excellent view and location at a bargain!

We stayed at this lovely place for one night while we were in Nara, and it definitely delivered more value than what we expected. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend it. I liked that you can borrow things at reception and that we had a pass for the public onsen. There was also a lot of useful information in reception that we could get that made our trip easier.
