Amazing experience. From the moment you walk in they will cater above and beyond your needs. What makes this place special compared to the usual places that Santorini has to offer is its exclusive view of the sunset. If I could give more than 5-stars, I would. The service here is top-notch and really elevated the overall experience. The 24-hour complimentary shuttle service, being able to chat with staff via text at any time, the recommendations they offered for restaurants and nearby activities, the food, the ability to request our private pool be warmed, the gym, etc. Also, our room itself was beautiful. We stayed in the Hideaway Pool Suite and it felt like it was just my husband and I tucked away on our own little cliff-side room in Santorini with the most romantic sunset views. It was perfect.
