I'll start with the good things: the location was amazing for the price, just around the corner from the historical district.
The communal bathrooms and showers were pretty clean, and overall the room was pretty clean too. There was water leaking outside of the rooms but that didn't bother me much.
The price was very cheap so I didn't expect much, but the bed was basically a wooden plank (there was a mattress, but it was so thin and the middle had caved in, so most of the bed was a wooden plank). It was quite hard to sleep. The (included) breakfast wasn't amazing, but I guess I shouldn't expect much.
If the bed hadn't been void of padding, I would give this hostel a solid 4 stars, but that was pretty bad so I'm giving 3 stars.
