Beautiful room and building in a great location. The service and welcome was also outstanding. We were very happy to have selected this hotel and to visit this lovely town.

La limpieza es un poco deficiente. El edredón olía a sucio, muy sucio. Mi habitación estaba en planta calle y no podía abrir la ventana porque me veía todo el mundo. A nivel de tranquilidad el sitio era bueno y la localización también estaba bien. Lo peor la limpieza, que luego ponían un ambientador para que oliera bien que sin airear mucho la habitación no me gustaba nada y mi habitación en concreto.

This hotel is in the perfect location to visit Ciutadella and the island of Menorca. Located in the very heart of the historic center, you are steps away from restaurants, shopping, cathedral, and the port. You are able to watch the daily life of the locals all around you. The owner and staff are so friendly and gracious. The room was very comfortable. We had everything we needed to have a perfect week in Menorca. Highly recommend!

J'ai dispose de la chambre Santa Clara. Chambre pour client à mobilité réduite.Alors que j'avais réservé il y a très longtemps et signifie pour avoir une chambre sympathique avec vue.... La salle de bains est immense mais manque cruellement de patères pour etendre ses serviettes afin qu'elles sèchent et que l'on puisse etre eco responsable ! Manque de gaieté par exemple un cadre (sur les photos du site :oui dans ma chambre :rien.) Sinon le petit-déjeuner est correct. Sauf que ce dimanche 29/10...il manquait des yaourts etc... La personne au petit déjeuner de ce jour 01/10 est très sympathique,et efficace ..
