The room was extremely small and very compact. The facilities were clean and modern. The location was ideal. Breakfast was less than desirable. Staff could not update my reservation with my Bonvoy #. I enjoyed my stay, but the surprised was a lot to process at first.

Really close to Osaka Umeda station (5-6 min walk), which was very convenient. The oil was on the small side (to be expected) but had all of the essentials. Check-in and check-out was easy. All staff were friendly. I would recommend staying here if you want a basic, but great value stay.

Hotel was in a good area and close to Osaka, Umeda and Shin-Osaka stations. Rooms were a bit smaller than expected but comfortable. Breakfast gave you a choice of 5 options that were all pretty good. Had some issues with temp. Once I figured out how to open the windows it was much better. It was 29 Celsius when I checked in and thermostat was tricky to work with. I’d stay here again.

They have a combo washer/dryer (same machine that does both functions) that if were available in the US, I would buy in a heartbeat. But there are only two machines and one of them was out of order. Availability will be a problem if more than 1 person decides to do their laundry at the same time.
