We’ve stayed at this place before due to the location, we’d had OK rooms, we understand it’s not an upscale hotel however this time the check in took forever, front desk wasn’t very helpful and it was just us and another party, the room was outdated, the whole property needs an urgent update. The beach resort pass worked so much better than imagined. The hotel is very nice and clean a little older but modern furniture. Overall loved it easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Staff was always so helpful and accommodating. I will definitely be returning!
