Our room was clean and fresh upon arrival. Towels were replenished each day while were out. The bathtub was full of dirt and pebbles when we arrived back from our day on Thursday and we don’t know how or why. The trash cans were emptied daily. The section at breakfast was okay. The room was good except for the door. The door would not open upon the first try. It would take three tries to get it open. The rest of the room was good. Heater worked well, the bedding was great. One elevator was out of service. The other did four noises like the hydraulic fluid was wrong. Lastly was entering the site. The air freshener was so strong it drifted outside. This is not good for those allergic to perfumes or has triggers to allergies. The rest of the hotel was nothing like the entry. We should not have to encounter such strong odor upon entering the site.
