Location is excellent, around 5mins walk from Osaka station and just next to Grand Front Osaka. The room is clean and staff are nice, the check out time is 11am which is so good! Will definitely stay again in the next trip!!

This was a great hotel. The room was an actual room and not just a room filled with a bed. The staff was super friendly. The 2 on-site restaurants were good, but i would go to the mall nearby for better food. The only issue i had was on night 2 there was a big family of 7 or 8 that were staying on my floor. They were making noise in the halls. There wasn't much the staff could do to keep them quiet. The kids were just excited.
