The front desk staff, the cleaning staff, and the coffee shop staff were friendly. The rooms were cleaned very well. The location of the hotel is right on the beach. The views from the hotel room window are beautiful.

Just by the beach with the view of it in our room. They have a nice cafe downstairs and convenience store too. Staff are friendly and room is clean. Lots of seafood restaurants around and walkable to the Mud fest event.

I've been in Korea for 6 weeks, in 5 different cities with stays in 11 different places, and the staff at the Hotel Wooyeon Flora are the absolute best customer service team I've encountered here.
