Hotel Plaza del Ángel Chihuahua

La estancia en general fue buena, el hotel está en una localidad inmejorable. Mi habitación tenía un tema en las mañanas, el baño tenía una acumulación de olor a solvente muy fuerte, tenía que abrir la puerta y ventana para que se limpiara el olor antes de meterme a bañar, el otro tema es que, como en mi anterior hospedaje mencioné, la actividad y atención de las dos chicas que están en el mostrador no es la más agradable, parece que le hacen un favor al huésped, por eso en general puse Buena y no Excelente. Me hospedo con frecuencia en ese hotel y por precio y ubicación lo seguiré tomando.

El hotel está en un área muy conveniente, a 5- 10 mins del centro de la ciudad y se puede ir caminando. La habitación tenía los servicios básicos, limpia y en condiciones promedio. Sin embargo cuando llegamos (a las 12pm aprox), el lobby estaba muy sucio, como la hora del check-in es a las 2pm, usamos el baño del lobby pero estaba más sucio aun: el bote de basura desbordaba de papeles, el piso lleno de agua sucia e incluso con mal olor. Nos servimos un café del que tenían disponible en el area de entrada y la azucarera estaba sucia de varios días. La actitud del personal de la recepción también podría mejorar, eran demasiado cortantes e incluso a mi esposo no le regresaron el saludo como hasta la 3ra vez que les habló El personal de la recepción

Todo muy bonito, pero los de recepción muy apáticos, la tina no tiene tapón y tuve que ingeniárselas para poder llenarla y usarla, se escucha mucho el ruido de los pasillos . Fuera de eso disfrute mucho mi estancia
