The smell from the beds the very old sunken mattresses. The mould in the shower. The bathroom floor wet. And like no fresh air had ever been in that room

Very quiet considering its next to a pub/bar,heater allowed the room to be comfortably warm,it's near a bus stop that the bus takes you into central Birmingham

Its basic accomodation, but it has everything a fancy hotrl would have - good food, nice bar, snooker tables - the room was clean and warm, and the sheets were crisp clean linen. TV tea/coffee facilities as standard, and nice people. Absolutely nothing negative to say about it.

We found the staff really helpful friendly and accommodating. We were having a family crisis situation and we couldn’t fault them , helping us with local info, going the extra mile all the time. We are due back to stay as family crisis still ongoing.

Nice warm room, clean and tidy. The TV remote was missing but quickly replaced. The only issue was that the shower overflowed flooding the bathroom floor. Altogether a decent, convenient stay.

It was ok, clean, friendly. Although the Kettle wasn’t good it was rusty inside.

Room could have been better designed, but did the trick for just two nights. I'm not sure that I'd be that enthusiastic to spend another night here though.
