The building has been recently renovated, therefore it's clean and has nice features that make it cute. In addition, they offer breakfast included in the price. The breakfast room is also neat... Good experience!

Stayed at Baymont Susanville, which recently has opened and appearantly is completeley remodeled and was really happy with it. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was great. Staff were friendly and made check-in easy. Location is convenient with restaurants and stores nearby. Breakfast was kept stocked. Overall, a solid,clean and safe place to stay. I will definitely come back!

Overall great stay

Beautiful newly renovated room with great Dove beauty products. (soap, lotion, body wash) Building felt safe with lots of cameras. The staff was friendly and helpful. Limited parking though.

I usually stay here once or twice per month. Staff is alwas friendly and accommodating. Rooms are usually always very clean . However, not so on this stay! There were 3 issues regarding the cleanliness of the room. I mentioned these issues and showed photos of them to the front desk clerk upon my checkout.

We would stay there again. It was clean. I would give it 4.5 if that were possible. Double beds instead of queen - a little cramped. Also, no ice in the ice machine. Breakfast is minimal, but ok. May be the best economical hotel in the area. Not sure.

The location was ok, staff was nice, Room was clean except for the floor. There was laminate flooring and no carpet. The floor was filthy. Walking in light color or white socks turned them black. Walking barefoot turned your feet black!
