My husband and I loved staying here for 10 days . The staff was amazing- very friendly and helpful. Easy walk to the beach and town. Like others have said - it can be loud at night from the local clubs, but each room has a sound machine and it never kept us awake. I think a room on the second floor will help with noise reduction. Highly recommended!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. We are a family of four and we had the two bedroom apartment off the pool. The rooms have a rustic tropical vibe that is minimalist and clean. We did not try to cook so I can’t speak to those supplies. Linens were comfortable. Bathroom was pretty spacious actually for a small rental. Air conditioner worked well and the temperature was always comfortable. Pool was wonderful - kept quite clean and never too busy. We had a patio off the pool with a large spacious table and bench. We had the breakfast included option and it did not disappoint! They wait for you to wake up and come outside to the patio, where they’ve already set your table. The breakfasts were so good - cooked on the spot and lots of local traditional foods with local fruits and fresh smoothies. Definitely recommend! The hotel is on the small side, which gives it a very personal feel. It was like our own little private oasis in the heart of the town. Very walkable. A small group of staff were very kind and professional and helped whenever you needed anything. I would definitely stay again. Wifi is spotty, fyi

This was a nice place. Full of warmth smiles and great hospitality! I LOVED the cook! No Continental breakfast here! They have a cook! The smoothie was great along with Costa Rica coffee! A quiet oasis in the middle of busy Tamarindo. Everyone is so friendly and helpful there. We had the two bedroom unit with the pullout couch in the living room. The pool is a nice reprieve from the heat. We would definitely stay again.
