Way better than Motel 6 could ever dream of

We previously stayed at Motel 6 on our last trip to Shreveport two weeks ago. Your hotel is absolutely amazing. Customer Service was great. The girls that worked. The front desk were extremely personable and kind and funny anytime that I went down to the lobby. I could see them, engaged and cleaning, Customer Service , Etc. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, I enjoyed the breakfast and overall it was just a great stay.

Arrived at this hotel and was told there were no rooms available. We arrived late and was unable to find another room in the area. The front desk was extremely rude and unhelpful.

Rooms were not cleaned, tub in room 424 had a large rust spot in the center of it,the water press was low, grass around the property was high which was an eye sore. The keys for the rooms didn’t work numerous times just overall not a good experience

Check in was great, bath room shower had mold. The breakfast was terrible, juice you had to pour yourself, Sunny D. Cranberry juice was old. The morning person was more worried about being on the phone then the breakfast area.

Smelt horrible, waited outside for 15 min front door was locked at 5:00, front desk agent very rude. Room was missing lights, bathroom light only half of the light fixture worked so the whole room was very dim when asked to change rooms she said they could not because they were fully booked

Enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was available every morning. Hotel was clean. Staff was kind and friendly and very helpful. I stayed four nights. The hotel its self could use some TLC and security gates around the outside of the facility. Only downside I could really complain about is upon check-in is when I was informed the indoor swimming pool was being renovated and i was not informed prior to booking my stay.

Great price, great place, great stay!

I had to book this hotel on a whim because the place opposite gave my room away because my train from Albuquerque broke down. Although it didn't have a full kitchen (something I look for, but it was 2:30am) there is a store right behind it with plenty of fresh and frozen food to prepare. The beds are super comfy. The A/C is a little old and musty smelling when on cool, but that was fine because I always travel with scented candles. I am on an every-state-in-America trip for the next 4 years, but also have to work every day, so peace and quiet is very important. This hotel is great for that. It's busy in the evenings but never noisy. I say it IS great for that because I extended my stay for an extra 2 weeks. Lots to do in Shreveport, and a perfectly good place to come back to. Last but most certainly not least...the staff here are awesome. Very friendly and professional. Handled any issues promptly to 100% satisfaction. If I come back to Shreveport, I'll stay here.

The front door was always locked had to be buzzed in. Side doors couldn’t be used. Had to have door keys re-keyed twice. Only two towels in bathroom. When asked for more was given 4 medium sized towels. Beds were comfortable, air conditioner worked really well.

Clean Up

The hotel itself was okay. The close exterior of the hotel was very trashy and dirty. There was a car without tires sitting in the parking lot right as you enter the broken metal gate.
