Disappointing for four reasons: (1) We arrived to find no reception and had to travel to a different hotel to get the key. (2) Hotel very dated. Holes in the dining chairs, stained carpets, dirty showers, random holes in the wall. (3) Room was incomplete, e.g. no sponges or rags for the kitchen, no rubbish bin in the kitchen. (4) They charged our credit card three days before we arrived when the booking said it would be processed on-site, which led to some confusion.
We raised some of these issues and we're told it was Expedia's fault for not communicating to us, so not much accountability from the hotel itself.
Other that that, it was fine (beds were relatively comfortable, location is pretty good). But we wouldn't stay again.
