Toyoko Inn is located close to Haneda airport and walking distance to Shinagawa station which made it easy for transportation. The hotel had an easy check in and check out process. They had everything we needed for a comfortable night stay, staff were kind and helpful, and the room (including toilet room) had enough space for the 2 of us. The breakfast buffet surpassed our expectations and we really liked that it started early at 6:30am. Would stay here again!

I appreciate I can stay here again. Especially their clean and comfortable bed. The bathtub is wide enough and there’s a grab bar. I like quiet environments even though they are under construction outside. There is my favorite furniture store near the hotel. Breakfast is really good as usual.

The breakfast buffet was plentiful, but it did get very crowded and some people were being rather greedy with the little pastries. Hotel is good. On the ground floor you can wash and dry your clothes very cheap. The shuttle bus service is excellent. The first day we had problem to find the shuttlebus bus. We walked 19 minutes from the shinagawa station to the hotel, google map. Shinagawa is good station to go directory with Shinkansen to Osaka. Price and quality I will give a 8

Friendly, English speaking staff. Loved the free shuttle to Shinagawa Station! Room and restroom were clean. Water pressure was extremely good haha. Room was on the smaller side, but we only stayed 1 night so no biggie. Only downside was the 4th floor reeked of smoke smell... we held our breaths waiting for the elevators. Surprisingly, the smoke smell did not really penetrate into the room. Overall, would stay again on a different floor if we needed a 1 nighter to hold us over.

It provides a free shuttle from/to the Shinagawa Station (like every 10-15 min) and basic breakfast from 6:30 to 9:00. The Walkable neighborhood (well, I guess most of Japan is pretty walkable) is near a monorail station, 7-11, a grocery market, and restaurants. The bathroom is small, and the room doesn't offer anything special but is well-maintained and clean.

This hotel was not the nicest and I wouldn’t stay there again. The bed mattress was rock hard and I struggled to get any sleep. The air conditioning was noisy too. The room was small and a bit pokey the view out of the window was scaffolding and someone’s greenhouse. It had the feel of a hostel and the restaurant area was like a school canteen vibe. The check-in and checkout were painless enough.

We stayed here for a few days at the start of our holiday. There was no communication about the bus that went to Shinagawa Station and where to get it from so we took public transport to get to the hotel. Entry was via the garage and a lot of construction. Once inside the checkin process was mostly easy. We booked two rooms and I didn't match the passports on the checkin so they had to come change / fix it. We got two rooms close to each other on the top floor. The views would hae been great except for all the construction boarding around the area. The rooms were very small and the beds very hard. The pillows even harder. Once we got over that the shuttle to the station and back was a life saver and used very often. The breakfasts included were okay. They often ran out of food and you had to wait a while for the next batch to arrive. The choice was pretty limited, but we found something every day. Overall not bad, not brilliant, but worked for us. The ice cream machine downstairs doesn't come with anything to eat it with (stick, spoon) but the drinks were nice and the 7-11 around the corner was very useful.

This property is very close to the Tennozu Isle monorail station which gets one to and from Haneda airport. They also have a daily shuttle that takes you to the Shinagawa Station. The property is clean, has washers and dryers, and breakfast is served from 6:30 am to 9 am daily.
