The staff were wonderful, the room was big, beautiful and comfortable. The bathroom is luxurious but was very badly cleaned. After being notified the staff were very apologetic and cleaned it immediately.

방도 쾌적하고 화장실도 넓고 괜찮은데 뜨거운물이 지속적으로 안나와요. 욕조에 물 받아 쓸려면 10분 전에 스위치 켜 놨다가 물 틀어야 나오는데 그마저도 오래 지속 못 갑니다. 다시 기다렸다 물 받아야하고.. 이걸 한 3번하면 욕조에 담글 만한 물량이 됩니다. 수영장은 굉장히 협소합니다.

The property is in BKK51 residential area. I appreciated the choice of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. It is not too far from the central tourist attractions. The staff were very friendly and spoke excellent English. I arrived early and after a short wait they enabled me to check-in much earlier than 2pm which was very much appreciated. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. I enjoyed my 5 day stay and would return to the hotel.

ホテルスタッフは感じもよく、そこそこ教育も行き届いている印象です。 このエリアは徒歩で行ける飲食店も多く便利です。 長期の滞在が多いので、朝食メニューに1週間いると飽きるので1週間くらいで他ホテルに変えてますが、こちらは滞在中に組み込みたいと考えたいます。 以前は近くのKATARIHOTELを利用していましたが、最近中国人が増え、朝食時からうるさく騒ぎ、電話で大声で話し始める等で最近は利用しなくなりました。
