The veiw from the upper terrace is absolutely stunning. the staff was very kind. the room was clean with the exception of concrete dust from the construction next door.

The location was perfect for walking into town. The roof terrace perfectly located for watching the morning balloons. The room was very comfortable. And the breakfast was so good. All home cooked. The family couldn’t do more to help if they tried. 5 stars

People were very kind and nice, we even got another room, because the one we first got was a bit dirty. There are some water bottles, tea and coffee bags for free in the room, which was a great thing. The only thing is that the place needs some small reparations, there were a few broken things in the bathroom.

Television was broken, needed cleaning, visible spider webs around, water would not get hot. Only good thing was the property was walkable to main city center.

The staff is very nice and friendly, the terrace is good to appreciate the view of the balloons in the morning. The location is perfect since the center is just a few steps away. Two important things to keep in mind, first; The internet is not very good, it suddenly loses signal or simply does not load anything. The second is that it does not provide room service even though it is mentioned when making the reservation.
