Location is great closer to kobe station , harborland, lots of shopping and restaurants. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Wifi is preety goos at 30-40 mbps. No complaints, nice place for a short stay in kobe harborland area. I would return.

The walls were a bit thin (we had someone yelling at the kid most of the night next to us), but the room itself was amazing. After a couple nights on harder beds, this bed was like a cloud. The room was very spacious with plenty of room to be able to open our luggage and spread out. The only downfall was our view of the wall right next door, but when you are in a city, someone has to have the wall view.

I booked a two bedrooms so when we checked in we did get a two bedrooms which is one room with four beds and one living room which was too many beds for us cuz we just had 2 people just needed 2 beds, however the bedrooms have smoking smell so we requested changing room, and were changed to a normal hotel room has two beds but no bedroom at all. So we asked for discount but they never got back to me, and the restroom wall has one wall under the sink kept falling off and prevented us go closer to the sink we had to use some tower to make it upwards for them :) so to access to the sink.

Hotel com valor mais baixo que em outras cidades. Preço justo para o quarto reservado! Janela dava para um paredão de concreto! Sem vista para a rua. Quarto pequeno porém limpo! Sem frescuras. Excelente localização, 2 min você já está na Estação de Kobe! Na recepção as 3 poltronas já estão com o assento bem gasto, quando a gente senta, bate o bumbum na Madeira. Cheiro de cigarro na recepção porém o quarto reservado era não fumante e estava ok! Não reservamos com café da manhã por isso não podemos avaliar! Preço mais baixo, hotel mais simples! Sem fotos do quarto!
