Unfortunately, the rooftop bar (one of the main reasons we chose this hotel) was closed on one of the two nights we stayed for a "private event" which was hugely disappointing - especially as we had arranged to meet friends there. We ate at the hotel restaurant one night. The food was good, service could have been better. The reception staff and car valet were top notch.

The staff are very professional and helpful. Be warned that the sound and traffic noise from Russell Street can be heard from the rooms at the front of the hotel, so if you are a light sleeper, you may need to request a room at the back of the hotel. Highly recommend the rooftop bar!
