The property was located close to many attractions and dining options. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a room on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator so that should be considered if you have difficulty climbing stairs. We could never get the room cool enough to be totally comfortable and the weather was hot but not excessive during our stay.

We had a great 3 night stay at the Dimora Capuleti hotel in Venice. The hotel was very clean and is an easy 20 minute walk from the train station, and is super convenient to all other sites in Venice. The staff (Mildred) was great and super helpful and very eager to answer our questions and offer us suggestions. Breakfast was great too! Thank you for a great stay!

Spacious, luxurious high ceiling rooms with kitchen, 2 rooms plus living area. Room including washrooms was perfect for our family of four, 2 kids. Ambiance of room is very befitting of your Venice vacation. In the immediate area of Rialto and St. Marks. Reception is only occupied from 3-11. Message them if arriving outside of those hours to receive a passcode to open the electronic lock to your room.

Thank you to the team managing Dimora Capuleti. You made our stay in the truly wonderful Venezia very comfortable and easy. The location is very convenient and central. As for Venezia generally be prepared for stairs in the building and around the city. Love Venezia forever.

It is a fantastic location!! We arrived right at check in time and were able to get in right away. Reception was very nice. Definitely get your steps in when you stay on the third floor, 63 each way. The only little thing was, It didn’t feel like the floors had been fully swept or vacuumed. Bed sheets and the towels seemed clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved this apartment. We stayed in the 2 bedroom unit. Perfect for a family of four. First bedrooom slept two. Second bedroom was small with a twin bed but was perfect for my teenage daughter. The kitchen area also had a twin bed. The room had doors on both sides so my son had a mini suite to himself. The ambiance was very cool with wooden beams on the ceiling. Even the location was great!

I thought this apartment was perfect. We only stayed one night but it was very convenient and comfortable. The check in was a little weird. The woman that checked us in seemed a little scattered and she didn't explain much to us. It was confusing to find the office. Once we found the office, we checked in and then she led a group of different groups to the building and brought us up to our rooms.

The master bedroom door didn’t close and latch nor the deadbolt for the apartment. The shower gel pump did not work in the shower and the induction stove would not operate. It would error and not heat up.
