The property has small rooms, at least the one I booked , is in the area of many restaurants and downtown I would said. The Copacabana beach is close to 2-3 blocks.

Everything was pretty good. Not a big fan of the breakfast options but that might just be me. Didn’t get any WiFi service on the 18th floor but other than that I enjoyed my stay. It was walking distance from the Copacabana beach and it also had some nice restaurants nearby.

I got a nice view room on 17th floor. From the window of my room, I can see the statue od Christ. My room is clean. The hotel is near the copacabana beach, so I can walk there. There are mall, fruit markets, restaurants near the hotel. The area is safe. The staff is helpful. The breakfast is good.

The bathroom was too small with no window. The blinder of the bedroom window and the key card didnt work properly. The elevators were bad and we had to take the stairs carrying lugage

The room was not super clean (they do not vacuum but just use the broom so the sand for example was impossible to remove totally). The sheets on the bed were too small, so as soon as you touched them they moved from under it and it was a bit uncomfortable and not so hygienic to touch the mattress below. The super positive thing is the location, you are really close to the beach and to the main areas of shopping. We walked that area also after dark and was full of police everywhere so we felt pretty safe. Ipanema is also a modest walk and is also pretty safe as well.

Warning Stay away.

Firstly, the hotel is old and very worn out. They have tried to renovate, but as seen in the attached picture, it has gone completely wrong. Secondly, it is unbelievably noisy. I could hardly tell whether the window to the street was open or closed. Thirdly, the hotel had an ATM in the lobby. One day, I was in a hurry and used it. I withdrew 1000 reais (172 dollars) which had a slightly high fee, but fair enough. However, what they don't tell you until you see it on your account is that they give such a bad exchange rate that it cost me 60 dollars just on the exchange rate alone. A hotel that allows a company to deceive its guests in this manner should be avoided; it says everything about their attitude towards us as guests. Well the app isn't working right, I can't attach the picture. That's a shame.

Básico e pequeno, mas pelo preço ok

Quartos muito pequenos. Primeiro tentaram colocar 3 camas de solteiro em um quarto de casal, sem espaço entre as camas, um absurdo. Reclamei e me mudaram de quarto para um real triplo igual nas fotos. Nossos amigos que ficaram em um quarto de casal também reclamaram do espaço. O espaço para se movimentar dentro do quarto é bem pequeno. Banheiro também menor. A limpeza bastante ruim. Quando chegamos tinha areia da praia dos outros hóspedes pelo quarto e Box do chuveiro. Das 3 camas, 2 eram confortáveis e uma sentíamos o ferro da mola ao deitar. O chuveiro é bom, 2º andar bastante pressão. Precisam fazer manutenção no hotel, vários botões do elevador quebrados. Recepção ok, mas não passaram inicialmente informações de horário de café da manhã e nem senha do Wi-Fi. Café da manhã razoável, frutas como mamão, melancia e melão. Pão, ovo mexido, queijo, presunto e salsicha. 2 pães doces. Só os sucos que não eram naturais, gosto de suco em pó.

Passei um final de semana todo sem ar condicionado, chamei pela manutenção 2 vezes e só conseguiram resolver na primeira, pedi para que me mudasse de quarto mas não houve NENHUM boa vontade dos recepcionistas. Tentei falar com o gerente mas sempre diziam que o mesmo não estava, no domingo de manhã foi prometido que ele estaria lá e não estava, fiquei TODAS as noites hospedado sem o ar condicionado funcionar, completamente desconfortável, não indico a ninguém.
