Good service, new and clean room. Elevator straight to the parking lot in the same building. The location is what it is, close to the hospital and the university but not great for visiting downtown locations. The breakfast was good but nothing special.

The hotel is very modern and nice, but there is NO air-conditioning in the rooms. Which is very strange, since there is air-conditioning in the corridors and common areas. The rooms get very warm on a summer day, making it quite difficult to sleep.

Dålig personal

Rummen var väldigt trevliga och fina, skön säng och bra dusch. Personalen var fruktansvärda. När vi kom stod de kvar och pratade med varandra i 10 min istället för att hjälpa oss checka in. Vid frukosten fanns ingen juice och frukten och baconet tog slut en timme innan frukosten slutade. Ingen disk plockades bort, all disk stod kvar på borden när vi checkade ut vid 11.
