The worst place in all Mexico

Let me start by saying that property is far and hidden from downtown. Once checked in, we discovered there was no hot water. They stated pump was broken and they could not guarantee it being fixed anytime soon, this mid January. In addition, both night stand lamps did not work, phone in room did not work, had to walk across the resort to contact staff, who’s solution was to shower in the spa area which was not close to us. When we inspected the jacuzzi, it was broken and they stated our reservation did not include one, even though we had access to it. Upon immediately checking out to find a place with hot water, they stated to contact Expedia for resolution, upon contacting Expedia they referred me to the hotel and no one accepted responsibility. $176 for one night folks.

Hotel descuidado y caro

El hotel está muy descuidado, le falta mucho mantenimiento, la habitación olía a humedad, las instalaciones están viejas y descuidadas. Mal servicio en el restaurante, lento y caro. La relación precio hotel es muy mala, pues resulta caro para lo deteriorado del hotel, hay opciones muy cerca que tienen el mismo precio y son nuevos, definitivamente no fue una buena elección.

El lugar está notoriamente deteriorado, le falta mantenimiento, el picaporte de la puerta se cayo al abrirlo, pudiendo lastimarnos, también estaba el cuarto sin pintar, olía a humedad, en cuanto a la alberca jamás la calentaron, agua helada imposible de meterse, cobran más de lo que ofrecen, las condiciones del hotel no valen lo que cobran, inclusive en el menú les faltaban ingredientes para hacer los platillos y solo había dos clases de refrescos. Muy decepcionante porque ya había ido y ahora es otra la situación. No se recomienda

Los costos del restaurante súper elevados así como los costos de los masajes, nada de iluminación en las noches el teléfono de la habitación no servía y carece de muchas cosas para hacer tu estancia agradable por ese costo hay mejores opciones en el centro de Tepoztlán sinceramente no lo recomiendo no gasten su dinero
