Straight-forward check-in and comfortable stay. Road at the front of the hotel is busy so if you are a light sleeper I would maybe suggest asking for a court-yard room. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Food and drink options were both very good in terms of choice, quality and cost. Centrally located so easy to navigate Astana from the hotel. Overall I would recommend of you are staying in Astana.

Very central location and in walking distance of many sightseeing options. The hotel is old and could use an update, but is it good and clean. The breakfast is good, but the room is very small and sometimes there are no tables left. Staff is friendly and helpful. Would definitely consider this hotel if I visit Astana again

Well located hotel, large rooms for a good price. There was no housekeeping during my stay. Reception staff is nit very punctual. Sauna and swimming is niot complimentary.

The hotel location is good. The service of the staff is amazing. I would especially mention Akbola from the reception desk for the amazing support! Breakfast doesn't have enough options. I asked about a cheese omelette and received a small portion with cottage (which looked like a pancake). The room needs to be renovated as there are so many broken things in the room (wall, furniture, lighting system)

Property is fine but not particularly inspiring or modern. Liked that they had a fridge in the room. TV had only one English channel (Bloomberg) and screen reception was fuzzy (not that I could watch Bloomberg for too long anyway, so no huge loss). Having CNN or BBCWorld would have been nice. While there are some attractions not far from the hotel, it's not the most walkable city. Was easy to get taxis as it's on a main road.

A/C is controlled by the hotel and they never turned it on despite the rooms being quite hot Mini fridge didn’t turn on Water in the shower goes cold every 10 seconds Laundry service wasn’t open the whole time I was there (5 days) Not the worst experience, but just not good for the price, you may as well stay somewhere cheaper because at least they don’t advertise amenities they don’t have Room service was good and cheap, free breakfast was decent
