Staff were super helpful on checkin. Great hotel, no complaints. Id give 5 star, only complaint is that there is no clear signage from domestic terminal to hotels until you hit a certain point. When getting off plan the last thing u want to do is struggle finding ur hotel. Airport needs to improve signage as i had to ask 3 different workers i saw for guidance

One night stay at The Pullman Brisbane Airport before travelling overseas. Staff were professional, helpful & friendly. We arrived later in the evening so ordered room service. The meals were large and arrived hot. The room was large and very comfortable with pillow service. The room was also immaculately clean. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect airport stay with the family! We love the pool and ease of everything. Bonus is the friendly staff who always go out of our way to accommodate the kids whether colouring in, a special mocktail at the bar or just making friendly conversation.
