The service at the hotel was amazing. Not only was the room amazing the amenities were 2nd to none. The lobby was always stocked with drinks and snacks. This is homely luxury. All the staff are welcoming and friendly and helpful. The hotel has free activities from walking tours to classes with the chef, tasting events plus free cocktails every evening, free snacks and ice cream all day and is historic and central. This is what all hotels should be like.
