The staff were incredible. I got in (exhausted from my long flight) at 11am and since they had the room ready they let me check right in. When I needed to extend my stay, they helped me by booking the additional nights and ensuring I got to keep the same room. The breakfasts were really good, the mini-fridge food/drinks are reasonably priced, there was even an iron in the room to help me salvage my work clothes that got all wrinkled from my suitcase. There are lots of other dining options available, but the hotel restaurant was also good when I didn't want to venture outside. The only thing that took some adjusting was the air-conditioning in the rooms not being as cool as I'm used to as a spoiled American, but overall I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Ótimo pequeno-almoço, equipe super atenciosa e gentil. Quarto com bom espaço, moderno. Camas pouco confortáveis ( precisam de colchões mais ergonómicos). Com muitos restaurantes próximos. Fácil acesso à Gamla Stan. Em termos gerais, foi uma ótima escolha.

Fint bekvämt rum. Lite slitet badrum med duschhandtag som läckte. Bra frukost, några saker tog slut under morgonen, det mesta fylldes på. Gott bröd, goda meloner och bra löskokt ägg. Hade önskat varm mjölk till kaffet, pannkakorna (amerikanska) var smaklösa.
