Lovely decor. We had Room 3 which was the family suite and were pleasantly surprised that it was two bedrooms and huge private bathroom. Would have liked a shower in place of a bath for convenience but the bath was a glorious design. Good breakfast & friendly host.

We love Combe Martin and Newberry Beach Lodge

a great location, the room was a good size with a really comfy bed, the bathroom was amazing with a claw foot roll top bath big enough for two, the views from the window are amazing and listening to the water made a really easy time to sleep. We slept so well we barely made it to breakfast then to our next destination. Christopher was great, giving us lots of really good information.

Great Bed & Breakfast, amazing service

We had an amazing stay and Newberry Beach Lodge during New Year. Chris was extremely helpful and friendly which included helping us carry the luggage from the car to providing sloe gin on arrival to giving advice on local amenities to providing the most amazing breakfast. Nothing was too much to ask and we were made to feel very welcome indeed. The local area is great with easy access to areas like Ilfracombe and Woolacombe by public transport, car or taxi. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Lovely spacious guesthouse

We practically had an apartment! A large annex with separate rooms for us and the children and a large bathroom, all on our own corridor, with our own key. Chris was a great host, relaxed and helpful, not intrusive and cooked a great breakfast! Can’t recommend enough.

Amazing hosts, made you feel right at home and welcome. Right on the coastal path and short walk to pubs, with good recommendations by hosts. If attending wedding nearby be prepared for a bit of a muddy walk (or book a taxi). If booking just chexk room accessibility - I had a bath and no shower, which was fine for me but may not suit others. Nice to have to relax

What a beautifully well loved eclectic find. So much to see, the b n b is a complete treat to the eyes. Chris was an absolute gentleman and couldn't do enough for us. The gorgeous room we had had an amazing view, delightful bathroom and the bed was like a cloud. Delicous breakfast too. Would live to revisit soon
