Very friendly and welcoming staff. Rooftop swimming pool and restaurant. Buffet style breakfast, where you can fill yourself up for the day. Hotel is in poor condition and A/C is noisy, but hotel is cheap. I have stayed here several times so can't be so bad.

Cute pool on the roof about 15 meter square with a view of the city. OK breakfast with eggs and meat. The restaurant on the top floor was good - the problem was LOUD karaoke music and signing that was not enjoyed by us. If the volume were about half it would be OK but we could not talk across our table! Very unpleasant. I should have asked them to turn it down - I think they might have.

I booked this for a friend and they liked how homey and laid back this hotel is. The service was also great. Their only comment is the bathroom, there's a foul odor coming from it as soon as they enter the room. Please add exhaust fans. Overall, stay was great 👍

Perfect for a few days in Pasay

I love this place, its my go to when I am in Manila! Its a good location, the pool area and bar are great, and I love all the staff! Everyone is soooo friendly! Shout out to my great friends Annie, Luis and Lloyd! MOA is close as well as Manila Bay.

The hotel itself is good and clean. The food is great! The pool area is pretty. It is a bonus to have toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers. The staff are excellent. However, the street is very narrow and crowded. Some areas of the street are dirty. Overall we had a good time bonding and we had fun.

Would recommend for the price, Rooms are on the small side, pool is nice and food was good and reasonably priced, Mall in a couple of minutes walking distance, Good street food and a good location, Only thing that is a let down is luggage storage is for the day only of residence, so if you need to store luggage for a number of days while you travel and wish to use as a staging place to stay it’s not for you. 88 court yard hotel is much better bet and worth the extra cost.

An acceptable hotel in Pasay

I stayed 1 night with breakfast only. I booked a 2 single bed room, when i arrived they said they booked it to another. But they gave me instead a kingsize bed with a single bed, fore the same prize, so that was very good service. The room was very used, and could use a makeup. The aircon was very noisy sometimes you wake up at night just becaurae of the laud noise, and the changing of the tempreture was not possible. And the tv channels had bad connection, had bad viewing. But after all this, i want to say that i think its one the best foarm in the bed. It was very comfortable. Thats a 9/10. The breakfast OK, Rice, pancit 2 hotdogs and egg, with coffee and juice. Thats taste was good, but the portions was very little. The hotel have a nice little pool and bar on the top. And the price in the bar was OK too. All the imployies was not so much smilling, so i think the owner needs to give them a higher salery becaurse the service was in top.

Like - I like hotel staff, they’re friendly, and front desk staff have an elegant uniform. Security guards are considerate too. The room we were in, was a family room, so I gave 4 star on the space and cleanliness. The swimming pool, it looks nice but unfortunately we didn’t use it. The free breakfast - consist of fried rice, 2 longganisa and 1 fried egg, it’s good. But pandemic style, it’s packed and delivered to your room. Dislike- The hotel restaurant. They have menu but it takes an hour and half before your orders arrives, I don’t know if it’s from another floor of hotel? Or came from another building. The food does not taste good, especially the fried rice. I only appreciated the calamares. The hotel restaurant, they don’t inform the diners or guests that they can singalong or karaoke with a fee of 3 songs. It would have been nice to know rather than looking bored until you lost the appetite to eat waiting for your order and feeling you’re being forced to listen to restaurant staff singing. Suggestion - the slippers in the hotel rooms, we didn’t know that it is not complimentary. If you take it home you have to pay them. With the bacteria and viruses going around us, please include the slippers in your hotel rate.
