bom custo beneficio mas logo de cara no check in nos deparamos com um atendente mal humorado que nos preocupou, equipe que lida com o publico tem que aprender mesmo em um mal dia ser mais cordial e simpatico... das acomodações apenas o travesseiro achamos pessimo e uma luz que fica piscando no sensor de fumaça do quarto, fico em hotel toda semana e nunca vi um modelo assim que imite tanta luz piscando, no maximo um led vermelho fraco que mostra o funcionamento nada que incomode como esse. Tem um bom cafe da manha e o banheiro e muito bom a agua quente vem rapido e com boa pressão Mas pelo valor voltaria, talvez com um traveseiro e uma mascara de luz de casa e espero mais simpatia por parte dos atendentes

Fiquei com a impressão que quase todos os funcionários odeiam trabalhar no hotel. Já na recepção, os atendentes são monosilábicos e pouco amigáveis. Pedi um travesseiro na recepção à noite e o funcionário me atendeu sem dizer uma palavra, nem responder um boa noite. É um hotel e se espera um mínimo de hospitalidade. A única funcionária que foi educada, solícita e simpática foi a auxiliar da limpeza, extremamente simpática. O café da manhã é justo e com boa variedade, mas a cozinha não se deu ao trabalho nem de descascar e tirar as sementes do mamão e do melão. De novo, isso reflete a falta de hospitalidade, que é o que se espera de um hotel. Os quartos são amplos e limpos, mas o colchão é bem ruim e desconfortável. Estive uma única noite, mas vi o suficiente para não voltar.
