Our room was clean, but pretty outdated. Picked it because of the view And was definitely worth it! Not a lot of food options in the hotel though especially getting in super late. Had to walk to Hard Rock to eat. Loved the convenience of being right on the beach though. Would book again unless there was a more updated stay which included in house restaurants.

Wonderful stay for families

Showboat is a great stay for families with children. The rooms are up-to-date and roomy. The staff were EXCEPTIONAL. The only hiccup I had to know fault of the hotel is that I needed a microwave for my son’s food who has food allergies. I assumed the hotel had them in the rooms or a public space for families with young children. I hope they would consider that in the near future.

We got a non smoking room and as soon as we entered the room reeked of weed. There was stains on the bedding and trash on the floor still. The hotel its self was very dirty and seemed not taken care of. This was my first time staying here and will never be staying again. The price is not worth it at all. Staff was also rude.

We have to change our room from 1909 to 719 because there was broken furniture and dirty sheets and pillowcases. We lost our ocean view due to the hotel not have any more clean room for us. The hotel offered no accommodation because of this change.

The stay was great however getting carts to carry our things to our was very limited. There was only 1 cart at check in and could not find one at checkout until the last 1/2 hour until checkout.
