Great hotel but arrogant staff

Great beat idyl and central hotel but somewhat in personal when arriving. Professional yes, but not welcoming. Defineteky felt like a hotel, but not a Home away from Home due to aloof, business as usual treatment of staff up on arrival!

I can definitely recommend this really nice hotel. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. We arrived an hour earlier and got check in without problems. The 2 double rooms were more spacious than expected with 2 comfortable chairs and coffee table. And there was even a little fridge for drinks! The bathroom was big ( we did get a handicap room) and very clean. The breakfast was delicious with a lots of variety of food to choose from. We ate at their Columbus restaurant and the food was also very delicious and in big portion. The bar staffs were very patient too, because we returned some cocktails which were too sour and they were happy to add more sugar with a smile. The reason I didn't give 5 stars to facilities was because the spa area didn't look inviting, there were 3 motionbikes cramped close together and no other equipments in sight. And on top of it all got told off from a massage therapist to keep the noise down when we were just checking out the facility! But otherwise it was a very positive experience.

Dejligt hotel

Dejligt hotel med perfekt service. God beliggenhed. Vi manglede mulighed for at kunne koge vand til en kop kaffe/te på værelset. Det var sparet væk oplyste receptionen os. Dårlig beslutning, da vi i den grad manglede at sidde morgen og aften på den skønne terrasse med en kop. Husk at tage din elkedel med, hvis du skal besøge Hotel Hafen, for det er absolut et besøg værd.

Vi har haft en dejlig ferie. Høj standard og meget imødekommende personale. Ligger perfekt. Meget ordnede parkeringsforhold i forbindelse med hotellet. Pænt og rent ude og inde. Rolige værelser i betragtning af at hotellet ligger tæt på befærdet vej.

Fint hotel med god beliggenhed ned til havnen. Generelt godt. Rengøringen spillede højt musik kl. 8:00 lørdag morgen i værelset ved siden af med åbent dør. Måske headset vil være en mulighed, så man ikke skal vækkes af sådan en larm.
