Amazing area with lots of hot springs and Māori culture. Convenient for the city centre and the room we had cooking facilities but there is a shared toilet. Toilet facilities were fine and the campsite felt safe. Would stay here again.

Great location just behind the lake. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. Front desk was very helpful. You are in Rotoura so please take advantage of the outdoor steam oven! You can get a Dutch oven from the front desk to cook with. Definitely will be staying here on our next trip.

Couldn’t figure out how to work the heater and was quite cold during the night. Appreciated the fact that we had our own allocated park , and our cabin was close to the toilets / showers which was convenient. Spa was lovely and nice size room .

Very cosy cabins, a welcome relief from the rain that fell the whole time we were in Rotorua . Loved the decent kitchen in the cabin. Very quiet, Linen & towels were supplied which you don't usually get with cabins. Would definitely stay again. Only comment: some hooks in the area containing 2 hot pools would be handy. There was nowhere out of the rain to hang a towel.

We really enjoyed private, quiet, garden setting. Spas and pool were lovely and clean. Beds were comfy On the downside, shower pressure was low and water not hot enough. Our milk and drinks froze. Someone else parked in our spot on last night. There was no cleaning and on new towels given over three day stay.

No toilet/shower in room i was led to believe online had those facilities. Had to pay an extra $180 for the 3 night stay id already paid $350 for to get amenities and not have to walk out doors to toilet/shower. Buildings inside and out were like something out of a kids christian camp. Hot water was inconsistant. Never again
