What a great spot in Benoa. Fantastic view across the ocean to Nusa Penida. The bath was great out on the verandah, under cover so we could watch the storm and sit in the bath, was awesome. Very quiet and the pool was great. Highly recommended

We stayed in the premium ocean view suites for 4 nights. Lovely large room, great balcony with an outdoor bath and nice view. Breakfast delivered to our room which we enjoyed on the balcony. Nice quiet accommodation with good pool. Some great restaurants across the road. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Property is located close to beach and supermarket and dining options. Room view is amazing which is why I chose the sea view. Breakfast is doable . What I think could be better is the lighting all that can be found or labeled . Fridge can be placed at a higher location. As for toilet and shower separation I loved it. I didn’t feel good that security was such that anyone could take the lift up . But it was a pleasurable stay . Staff are helpful . Lighting in lobby could also always be bright. But it was value for money and appreciation for the staff .

Loved the spacious clean room. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was lovely and bought to the room. The only issue was the pool area. The ground was overly hot to walk on and the pool was not that great. Very hard to get in and out on the pool on the slim ladder. Pool felt slippery. Thus I went to another resort everyday to use their pool.I would stay there again.

The room was wonderfully spacious and the bed was very big. Tastefully appointed. Great view. Truly wonderful staff. Excellent breakfasts. Only drawback was that the airconditioning was a bit noisy, but still bearable. It certainly worked well. Very good balcony size.

The property is not appealing from the road . The restaurant on site was non operational. The rooms are pleasant enough , however it is a little run down . The pool needs some cleaning work as well as the ladder . The kitchenette out the back needs to be updated . There is no bar onsite , this was not advertised on the website prior to booking. The outside deck needs a fan . We were expecting a little bit more , for the price we paid .

Benoa Sea Suits & villa not a 4 star hotel

Extremely disappointing, the photos that are posted are stunning however the reality is no where near as shown. For the rate charged this is an outrageous fallacy. Car park is literally in the main lobby, and getting to the hotel is a ride through rubbish. Rooms were clean but seriously outdated. We spent one night and left for a 5 star hotel that charged less than the Benoa Sea Suits. People working at the hotel were terrific but we couldn’t justify the price versus the amenities.

Listed as 3 star but a 2 at best. Only breakfast available and limited selection. Entrance not very inviting and if disabled access is difficult if cars parked, and steps with no slopes down to pool and beach area. Beach full of sports boats and not really inviting to look at. Villa with pool, the access steps are difficult would need flat steps and short distances to climb. More sunbed around the pool only 8 available. Wifi hit and miss especially around the pool areas. Noise from hotel next door is sometimes annoying and the building work going on at the Apollo sports shed. Restaurants close by are good. All in all disappointed with our hotel facilities.

New nice hotel witn some room of improvements

We stayed at Benoa Sea Suites and Villas for an extended weekend. This is a new hotel that is really nice. Big clean rooms and really good service. However. For them to take the hotel to next level. They should improve the below points: 1) Breakfast was really bad. Some dry toasts and a scrabble egg that was not properly cooked. Fruit was 30®C and had probably been outside in the heat for very long time. Even if the breakfast was included in the room price. From the second morning. We vent to Starbucks that was just around the corner. 2) No umbrellas at the pool. The pool area way really nice. But due to the lack of umbrellas and no shade at the pool. If you don’t want to get sunburn. This limits how much time you can spend here. If Hotel could do a proper breakfast and invest in some umbrellas at the pool. I would have given this Hotel a 4 or even a 5.

L'entrĂ©e de l'hotel fait un peu peur, il y a des travaux Ă  l'extĂ©rieur et la facade de l'hotel n'est pas belle. Une fois Ă  l'intĂ©rieur c'est un autre dĂ©cor : notre chambre Ă©tait dans un couloir vĂ©gĂ©talisĂ©, au bout de ce couloir la piscine et la mer. la chambre en elle mĂȘme Ă©tait trĂšs bien avec piscine privĂ© trĂšs agrĂ©able, les petits tracas ont Ă©tĂ© rĂ©solus rapidement. le petit dĂ©jeuner trĂšs copieux et excellent sauf peut ĂȘtre pour le cafĂ© et les jus de fruits. La plage est comme dans beaucoup d'endroits Ă  Bali agrĂ©mentĂ©es de dĂ©chets et c'est Ă©tonnant de constater que la plupart des hotels ne nettoient pas leurs plages. On a remarquĂ© que bizarrement les employĂ©s ramassent les feuilles mais ne touchent pas aux plastiques ?? on a vu aussi certains faire des tas et les enterrer dans le sable, bref ce n'est pas la mĂȘme conscience Ă©cologique qu'en France, c'est bien dommage car il ne faudrait pas grand chose pour y remĂ©dier. Le personnel de l’hĂŽtel est trĂšs gentil et trĂšs serviable Ă  l'image des habitants de Bali en gĂ©nĂ©ral. Beaucoup de restaurants Ă  proximitĂ©. Bref une belle surprise cet hotel et je n'hĂ©siterais pas Ă  y retourner

Hotellet ser fra gaden ikke ud af noget. Men er rigtig godt. Vi havde bestilt villa vÊrelserne hvor vi havde en mindre udendÞrs pool til hver af de 4 vÊrelser. Det kan anbefales - da de er lidt kÞligere en den stÞrre fÊlles pool. Der er god aircondition pÄ vÊrelserne som er vigtig pga. varmen. Morgenmad pÄ hotellet er ganske fin hvor der kan vÊlges continental eller indonesisk morgenmad.
