I stay here all the time. This hotel has a convenient location for quickly getting around Uluwatu. Both the gym and the breakfast buffet need some serious attention from hotel management - however aside from this - it's a great hotel.

The outside pool is beautiful. We also had a balcony overlooking the golf course which was really nice. But this doesn’t feel like a 4 star hotel. Everything was worn out. The property needs a lot of maintenance. I would say this is a 3 star hotel at best.

I love this hotel. Have stayed here a few times and it’s well located, in a quiet location, the staff are so friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet is amazing. The only draw back is the walls are quite thin so noisy neighbours can be quite disruptive to sleep.

Every single staff member were lovely and always greeted us with a smile. Room was pretty much what advertised photos show (we had the family room). The hotel could do with with refresh as it looks a little outdated. Hotel is located in a quiet area away from the Main Street but at the same time, only 5-10mins drive from the town centre which is convenient.
