The hotel is very bad, but not suggest anyone to stay there. They make you pay for safe they make you pay for Wi-Fi. It smells very bad and they’re partying all day long. You can’t sleep.

They give bracelets and towel cards only after check-in at 14-00. If you arrive earlier, no way to have some rest before 14-00 PM. Food is standard, nothing special. Chicken, potatoes etc.

Check in was an absolute disaster- they had no confirmation of booking from Expedia. They refused to accept my confirmation and requested payments as a holding fee. Food - hit and miss, had better. Decent rooms and facilities. Not for me going forward.

Imposiible to sleep due to loud music all the time, no sound proff. We stayed 14 day, linens were changed once, towels - twice, no floor cleaning, no bathroom cleaning.

Unfriendly staff, place felt like it wasn't even in business all the lights are off in hallways probably for them to save money instead of doing it for energy purposes. There was an upcharge for basically everything even wifi, this is not "all inclusive" so do not go for the extra charge for all inclusive. Surrounding area dirty and not safe feeling along with the property itself.

All inclusive was not all inclusive in my opinion. We got charged for Wifi, charged for safe-deposit box, charged for ice-cream, charged for baby stroller. Towels only get changed every 2 days and bedsheets only 2x a WEEK. No laundry service available at all. Only good thing is that the main restaurant food was decent and good variety (except for breakfast. This was the same each morning). Enjoyed the grilled food. Staff in main restaurant were really kind and polite. Beach was also good. Overall Senza the inn resort is only 3*.

Dirtiest hotel I have been to. The housekeeper only mops the floor and make the bed. The bathroom was not cleaned in 4 days until i made a complaint to the higher responsible person!! We got all salmonella and my 1 year old daughter got really sick! The service is really low when we arrived the staff didnt even look at us at the reception we didnt feel welcome at all! NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY! . You even have to pay for wifi!!!!!

Gefühlt hat das Hotel mit 5 Sternen wenig zu tun. Die Zimmer sind zwar sauber und die Klimaanlage funktioniert, aber vieles andere passt nicht zum Anspruch. WLAN kostet extra, was in einem All-Inclusive-Hotel absolut unangebracht ist. Auch beim All-Inclusive-Angebot fehlt einiges – z. B. Eis, was für mich selbstverständlich dazu gehört. Die Musik läuft bis Mitternacht und ist sehr laut, die Fenster bieten kaum Schallschutz. Das Handtuchsystem für den Strand ist kompliziert und schlecht organisiert: Abholung nur im Spa, Rückgabe bis 20 Uhr und neue Ausgabe erst am nächsten Morgen – und beim Check-in erfährt man davon nichts. Der Essensbereich ist ständig überfüllt, geschmacklich maximal durchschnittlich. Statt Masse wäre hier mehr Qualität sinnvoll, auch um Lebensmittelverschwendung zu vermeiden. Der Shuttle zum Strand fährt nur alle 30 Minuten und nur bis 17:30 Uhr, oft überfüllt – beim Nachbarhotel fährt er durchgehend, was hier dringend nötig wäre. Am Strand gibt es zudem nur zwei Duschen, was absolut unzureichend ist. Die Preise im Hotelshop sind überzogen. Rutschen nur bis 16 Uhr, Pool nur bis 19 Uhr – das nimmt einem die Möglichkeit, abends entspannt zu schwimmen. Fazit: Für den Preis akzeptabel, aber von einem echten 5-Sterne-All-Inclusive-Hotel erwarte ich deutlich mehr. Insgesamt eher enttäuschend.

Das war bislang das schlechteste Hotel in dem wir als Familie waren. Ich weiß garnicht wo ich anfangen soll. Am ersten Tag unserer Ankunft wurden wir mit einem schlafenden Kind und mehreren Koffern erst sehr spät empfangen. In unserem Zimmer angekommen tropfte das Klima und es war sehr dreckig. Du hast den Schmutz überall noch gesehen. Unser Zimmer wurde getauscht. Diesesmal funktionierte das Telefon und die Klimaanlage nicht. Es kam immer wieder jemand aber dafür mussten wir erst zur Rezeption runterlaufen und denen Bescheid geben, da unser Telefon nicht funktionierte. Am Ende wurde nichts repariert und wir hatten unseren ganzen Aufenthalt ein nicht Funktionierendes Telefon auf unserem Zimmer. Dann haben wir Rücksprache mit der Kundenbetreuung gehalten. Die kommentierte immer wieder mit oh nein das ist aber nicht schön und im Endeffekt änderte sich garnichts. An einem Tag wurde das Zimmer nicht gereinigt. Dafür mussten wir 3 mal zur Rezeption, weil es entweder trotz Aufforderung nicht geklappt hat oder nur die Hälfte gemacht wurde. Mit der Hälfte meine ich dass nur der Müll entsorgt wurde. Betten wurden nicht gemacht und wir hatten keine Handtücher. Einmal musste ich mich im Restaurant anhören, dass ich mir den Kinderstuhl für unser Kind selber holen soll. Ich als Schwangere mit einem Kind an der Hand durfte mir das von einer Servicekraft anhören. Erst nachdem ich gesagt habe, dass ich das machen würde aber ganz schlecht geht, tat er es mit einem gernervten Gesichtsausdruck

Allt var perfekt rekommendera detta hotel till alla. Personalen hade god bemötande särskild stort tack till Fevzi Gulbeyaz som jobbar i receptionen på dagtid som kan svenska med. Hotelet har syor utbud oc massa roliga aktiviteter för barn. Ger 10 av 10

Nickel ! Y a tellement de choses à dire en résumé pour du hors saisons c’était top surtout le prix avec une offre incroyable merci hôtel.com. Je remercie le personnel en particulier Hülya pour les repas qui s’est super bien occupé de nous et les réceptionniste. Juste le matelas à changer ça serais bien.

Mon enfant est tombé malade nous avons rejoint l'hôpital ( l'hôtel n'est pas en cause) après la première nuit nous avons quitté l'hôtel, aucun remboursement des nuits restants. Le restaurant est limité en termes de nourritures ou de plats, les chambres n'ont aucune protection acoustique , le ronflement des voisins etaient horribles. Sinon l'hôtel est bien, les personnels parfaits et très aimables.

Wegen fehlender 50 Euro bei der finalen Rechnung wurde ich wie ein Verbrecher festgehalten die Polizei kam und ging lachend wieder. Mein Chip auf der CC war defekt und akzepierten nur cash. A Pfand wurde meine Uhr konfisziert. Tags darauf habe ich die ausstehenden 50 euro bezahlt. So behandelt man keine Gäste die vorher ne Menge Geld dort gelassen haben. Scheiss Laden !

This hotel shouldn’t be more then 3 stars the conditions are old and dingy. The reception and customer service was rude and terrible. There was no air conditioning, there was mildew in the bathroom, the food was mediocre and lacked selection. Had to ask several times for simple things like changing sheets (1 time in the 2 week stay) the balcony door lock was broken. We booked a non smoking room, but turned out every single room is a smoking room and since the balcony door didn’t close and there was no AC the smoke smell from neighbors was constant. The receptionist were rude I asked to speak to the manager it was a big mystery and no one would call him or give me his name. The food was the same thing during our whole 2 week stay. The pool is freezing and none heated.
