Staff is very nice and professional, 5 stars, however, there was no warm water and the window from the bathroom cannot be closed, and I am pretty sure someone entered when I was out because when I returned there was a small empty bottle of Bacardi out of the window

Great location

Slow customer service assistance but good. They have free wifi but doesn't work all the time 😒 specially in the room. The bathroom needs more attention to details. They are well located near to restaurants, clubs, and the center. You can walk 🚶‍♀️ secure all around.

Cleaning and maintenance crew are great and friendly. Front am staff especially the younger girl didn’t make my check in feel welcomed! Not very friendly or engaging! Rooms are terribly outdated but you pay for what you get! Pruebe was no form of floor shower towel when getting out of the shower.

Fuimos de paso para descansar, el cuarto estaba promedio con aire acondicionado, el baño muy descuidado, espejos muy viejos, nuestra regadera con fuga y no contaba con agua caliente. Instalaciones ya muy antiguas, no servía el elevador. La alberca si estaba bien. El personal si es amable. Si solo es de paso para 1 o 2 días está bien

RESERVAR SOLO COMO ULTIMA OPCIÓN

Empezando con una impresión pegada en la pared que advierte que una vez pagado no hay devolución si no te gustan las habitaciones, Lástima que ya había pagado en línea. Hubiera dormido en mi coche mejor, fue horrible. Sucio, viejo, mal olor en la habitación, el ac no enfriaba, restaurante súper sucio, el área de caja muy polvorienta y mugrosa, no quiero imaginar la cocina. Descuido por todos los empleados, verdaderamente mi peor estancia en un viaje de 1 mes pasando por 13 hoteles distintos. Hay mejores y menor precio.
