Excellent Hotel.

A lovely hotel with excellent room and on immaculate condition. Only one thing could have made our stay better and that would have been a kettle. The staff were excellent, in particular the breakfast staff who were excellent!

Nice location

Hotel was ok! Nice location along the Kiel channel with a good restaurant at the hotel overlooking the channel. We stayed in a room in the older part of the hotel. Some basic stuff, like a water boiler was missing. One of the receptionists was also very unfriendly and did not bother to greet the guests.

The location next to the pedestrian/bike tunnel and on the canal was wonderful. A lovely corner room with a view of the ships. We appreciated the bike garage. The service at dinner was very,very slow. Over an hour before we received our drinks. No other hotel or restaurant on our trip was so slow.

Fantastisk dejligt hotel med udsigt ig gode senge

Vi havde 3 overnatninger på Delux værelse. Super lækkert værelse med altan og udsigt til kanalen. Dejlige senge, lækkert badeværelse med gode produkter, kaffemaskine, tv, skrivebord, 2 lænestole med bord og køleskab. Der er mørklægningsgardiner. Fred og ro på værelset. Vi fik opladet vores elbil for 15 Euro. Man kan gå til en dejlig lille by. Ca 1,9 km fra hotellet. Vi har været her flere gange og kommer helt sikkert igen. Vi fik oplyst at der er kommet ny ejer i april 2025. Måske var det derfor der ikke var helt styr på morgenmaden. Forventer det er rettet til næste gang.

Semesterresa från Sverige på väg till Italien

Vi övernattade här på väg från Sverige till Italien. Helt en chansning men överraskande bra! Trevlig personal, 2 laddstolpar så bilen blev laddad och klar under natten, väldigt sköna sängar och rent överallt på rummet. Våra döttrar, + 20 år gamla, fick eget rum intill och precis som vi upplevde de hotellet som väldigt tyst så vi sov alla toppen. Frukosten var ok men inte mer, där kanske förbättringspotential finns.
