Public parking was close. Hotel is right next to police station, city center, botanical gardens, and museum/palace. Heart of down town. Lots of good food around the area. Property staff were nice and accommodating. Cleanliness was ok. Gnats (small flying bugs) near fruit in breakfast area was not pleasant.

We were staying here to meet up with friends who live in the City, we had a great long weekend here and the staff and facilities were excellent. Parking was pre booked and was easy to use and there was a superb choice of food for breakfast. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

It's a very nice and clean hotel in a central location in Karlsruhe. The hotel is located exactly 1 minute away from Marktplatz S-bahn stop and about 20 minutes walk from the central train station in the city. The staff were nice and friendly and the breakfast was good. I highly recommend this hotel if you're visiting Karlsruhe.

Stayed here for a business trip. Hotel was fine, but I think for the price it can certainly be improved given the maze I had to walk through to get to breakfast, hair in the bathroom, and a funny smell coming from the back of the property from an inner courtyard (which was where my room was). I love this hotel and stay there every time I go home to Germany. It's smack in the center of the city, everything is walkable. If you aren't up to walking, the street cars take you everywhere. The hotel has a wonderful and friendly staff and a great breakfast buffet with traditional German things, but also scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, cereals, etc. The hotel is renovated and is modern inside with nothing lacking. Definitely a gem!
