Stayed 4 nights while on a mix of business and family time. Location is great, staff were very friendly and helpful and the room, while a little small, was clean and had all we needed. Centrally located in the CBD. Close to shops and public transport. The room was very small and conversations from the room next door could easily be heard from inside my room. Air Con is quite loud when running. Overall, it’s a nice, clean hotel. The room was a bit small for my liking, but that was my mistake for not checking room size when booking. A $100 deposit was required when checking in. It was refunded promptly when checking out.
