Bed were comfortable, staff was very friendly for the most part. The girl on Friday night was sick and coughing in the lobby where they had free wine tasting setup. The gentleman there earlier in the week was wonderful. Loved the free wine tasting in the evenings.

Great resort!

My boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pine Grove up until we lost power! A terrible storm passed through and we lost power because of it. Not Pine Grove's fault at all, but it was tough with no AC, running water, flushable toilets, etc. We left early on our last day because of this. We will definitely return to Pine Grove and hopefully no terrible storms!

Baby raccoon saved!

Pine Grove was super clean and comfortable, but what really set this place apart was the staff. Everyone seemed to take great pride in the resort -- they were so friendly and kind. One morning, we were on the way to the car and a staff person walked by carrying a long board, smiling broadly, and said, "time to go rescue a baby racoon!". Sure enough, a baby racoon was stuck in a dumpster. My husband and I just looked at each other like "is this for REAL?" I think the all the staff really love working there!
