Close to the airport (not quite walkable, but a short taxi), walkable to some restaurants but I'd recommend taking the time to go downtown. My room did come with a washer/dryer that was an absolute fiasco - soaking wet clothes at 10PM. Conveniently there is a 24 hour laundromat just off the lobby...
